Parking and Property Map

Occupancy

  • Maximum occupancy is 5 total occupants at all times. (Recommend 4 max for Adults)

  • This includes adults, children, and visitors.

  • Overnight guests must be included in your reservation.

  • Exceeding the maximum occupancy is not permitted and may result in termination of the stay without refund.

Quiet Hours & Community Respect

  • Please be respectful of neighbors and the condo community.

  • Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, including balconies, hallways, and common areas.

  • Excessive noise or disruptive behavior may result in complaints and possible removal from the property.

No Parties or Events

  • Parties, events, or large gatherings are strictly prohibited.

  • The condo is for registered guests only.

  • Violations may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund.

Smoking Policy

  • This is a non‑smoking property.

  • Smoking or vaping of any kind is not permitted inside the unit, on balconies, or in common areas.

  • Violations may result in additional cleaning or damage fees.

Pet Policy

  • One (1) small dog only, under 20 lbs.

  • Pets must be:

    • House‑trained

    • Flea‑free and well‑behaved

    • Up to date on vaccinations (rabies at minimum; proof may be requested)

  • Pets may not be left unattended in the unit.

  • Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds.

  • Guests are responsible for any pet‑related damage or excessive cleaning.

This policy applies to pets only. Legitimate service animals are not subject to pet restrictions.

Property Care & Safety

  • Please treat the condo as you would your own home.

  • Do not move furniture or remove items from the unit.

  • No candles, open flames, or hazardous materials.

  • Report any damage, spills, or maintenance issues promptly.

Parking

  • Park only in designated or assigned parking areas as indicated on map. There is ONE assigned parking place and several guest parking as indicated in photo.

  • Improperly parked vehicles may be subject to towing at the owner’s expense.

You’ll find clearly marked guest parking areas, your assigned parking space, and the most convenient building entrance for easy access. The community pool is just a short walk away—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the Florida sunshine. Trash and recycling areas are also conveniently located nearby to help keep everything tidy during your stay. Use this guide to quickly get familiar with the layout and make the most of your time here.

Checkout Procedures

Checkout time is listed in your reservation details. Before departure, please complete the following:

  1. Place all trash and recycling in the designated bins. See Map.

  2. Load used dishes into the dishwasher and start it, if used.

  3. Remove food and personal items from the refrigerator.

  4. Place used towels in the bathroom hamper.

  5. Return furniture and items to their original locations.

  6. Turn off lights, TVs, and adjust the thermostat to 78 in the summer. 68 in the winter.

  7. Lock all doors and windows.
